Gratuities
When ‘Subtotal’ is selected, Gratuities will be allocated to the bill.
This will not be shown as a sale item on the bill, but will be added into the subtotal at the top of the screen (as shown below).

When the transaction is paid/invoiced, the gratuity charge will be displayed on the bill/invoice.
