Function Key 4 (F4)
The ‘F4’ button located on the toolbar at the top of the page can be selected by using the corresponding F4 key on the keyboard or by using a mouse click.
When this button appears in the toolbar, you can select F4 to delete the current record.
Example
When you are in a record as below, if you select the F4 – Delete key you will receive a prompt as in screen two. At this point you would select ‘Yes’ to confirm that you wish to delete the record or ‘No’ to abandon deleting the record.

When this button appears in the toolbar in Enter Stock Check Figure, you can select F4 to record a 0 value
