Re-enabling Gratuity Charges
If you wish for a Gratuity Exempt Table to incur gratuity charges again:
Re-open the table in the Point of Sale Screen and select the ‘Tables’ button again

There will now be an ‘Enable Gratuities’ option. Gratuity charges will be incurred on the bill again.
